"Firmware is a bit hit or miss"
It works well most of the time, but the firmware updates have been kind of annoying. My KVM froze twice after updating, which was really frustrating.
"EDID issues made this a headache"
The EDID handling just feels unreliable. My monitor setup kept breaking or acting weird, and it got frustrating fast. For something that should just work in the background, this was way too much hassle. I wouldn’t buy it again.
"Sound is bad tbh"
The audio keeps cutting in and out, and when it does work it sounds kinda flat. Not great lol, especially if you’re trying to actually enjoy the game.

"Hotkeys have been hit or miss for me"
I mainly bought this for the hotkeys, but they’ve been unreliable so far. Sometimes it switches like it should, and other times nothing happens unless I press the key a few times. Support was decent, but I still don’t really trust it enough to use for work. Has anyone else had the same issue with the hotkeys?

"I picked up a Tesmart switch for..."
I picked up a Tesmart switch for my desk setup, and the video quality has been a letdown. It does technically work, but the picture looks a little soft at times, and I keep getting these random flickers when switching between inputs. I tried swapping cables and using different ports, hoping it was just something simple, but it never really cleared up. For what it costs, I expected a much cleaner and more reliable signal. It’s not completely unusable, but the annoying little issues stand out every time I use it
"Box showed up smashed and half open"
I ordered from Tesmart the package showing up like that was just stressful for no reason. The outer box was crushed on one side, and the tape was already half peeled off, like somebody had messed with it before it even got to me.
The product might end up working fine, but that first impression was terrible. For something electronic and not exactly cheap, I expected way better packing. I really didn’t need the extra worry of opening the door and wondering if my stuff had been damaged or kicked around the whole way here.

"I was expecting more for what it costs..."
I was expecting more for what it costs. It’s not terrible or anything, but like, halfway through trying it I was already thinking, wait, this is average. Just doesn’t feel worth the money to me.

"The product itself was fine, nothing..."
The product itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The return process was where it got frustrating. I had to email more than once, and the refund took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely felt a bit hit or miss

"Warranty help was disappointing"
I bought a tesmart switch and it was fine at first, but after a few months it started randomly dropping the signal. At first I thought it might be my setup, but after checking cables and trying different things, the issue kept coming back.
I reached out about the warranty the whole process felt frustrating. It took a while to get clear answers, and they kept asking for videos, order details, more tests, and then some of the same things again. It just felt like I was going in circles instead of getting actual help.
By the end, I didn’t really feel supported as a customer. Maybe their products work well for other people, but this warranty experience was slow and annoying enough that I’d seriously think twice before buying from them again, and I may just switch to another brand next time.

"I don’t know, I was just waiting..."
I don’t know, I was just waiting and waiting, checking the tracking way more than I should have, and it still showed up late. By the time it finally got here, I was already annoyed. The product might be fine, but the shipping experience kind of ruined it for me, so I don’t think I’ll order again.

"Works fine, but the response could be better"
The remote works for the most part and it was easy to set up. When it responds right away, it’s definitely convenient. The only thing is, sometimes it lags a bit or I have to press the button twice to get it to switch. It’s not a huge deal, but with something like a remote, you kind of expect it to just work consistently. For the price, I was hoping it would be a little smoother overall.

"Not exactly plug and play"
I thought this thing would be simple to set up, but nope. The little troublemaker needed a bunch of fiddling before it finally started working right

"Just didn’t work with my setup"
So, yeah, I couldn’t get my laptop and monitor to connect properly with this. I reached out to support and they basically said it was a compatibility issue, which, makes it useless for me

"I reached out to tech support about my..."
I reached out to tech support about my KVM issue, but the replies were slow and mostly just the usual basic troubleshooting steps. I tried what they suggested, but the problem is still there. Not the worst experience, but it didn’t really help much, it just felt...

"It works fine, but the instructions made setup take longer than it should have"
The switch does work, so I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself once everything is finally set up correctly. The main issue for me was the manual. I was able to get through it, but it took me longer than I expected because a few steps weren’t explained as clearly as they could have been. Some of the diagrams actually helped a lot, especially when I needed to double-check where things were supposed to go, but other diagrams felt a little vague and left me guessing more than I wanted to. The support information is included in the paperwork, but I had to hunt around for it a bit instead of it being easy to spot right away. Overall, it works, but the setup process could definitely be smoother if the manual were more straightforward.

"I bought this mostly so I could bounce..."
I bought this mostly so I could bounce between my work laptop and my desktop without messing with cables all day. It technically does that, so I’ll give it credit there, but the switching is slower than I expected. Sometimes it’s just a few seconds, other times it feels like it hangs for a bit, and the screen goes black while it sorts itself out.
I’ve kind of accepted it because it does eventually work, but it still feels clunky when I’m using it multiple times a day. For what it costs, I really thought the changeover would feel quicker and smoother. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but it’s annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t buy the same one again.

"Support wasn’t anything like they made it sound"
I tried reaching out to Tesmart support it was a letdown. They make it seem like help will be available when you need it, but in reality I waited days just to get a reply, and when they finally responded it barely helped. After buying from them, I expected way better. Frustrating experience overall.

"Something Doesn’t Add Up With This Order"
I ordered one thing and somehow a completely different item showed up. Maybe it was just a warehouse mix-up, but it feels like my package got swapped in some mysterious shipping black hole. Either way, definitely not what I paid for.

"Pretty unreliable overall"
I had a rough time with this. It kept failing on me, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really get it sorted. Maybe it works better for others, but from what I saw, I wouldn’t count on it.

"The “Productivity Setup” That Forgot to Be Productive"
I wanted this to make switching between my devices easier, but the mouse randomly skips around and the keyboard decides to lag like it’s on a coffee break. Fine once in a while, maybe, but for daily use? Nope. The whole “smooth switching” thing got old fast.
